• Spinach and rocket salad with Naxos manouri cheese, figs and petimezi vinaigrette.

• Mushroom risotto with grated parmesan.

• Chicken sautéed with red pepper and bacon in Martini cream sauce
• Served with wild aromatic rice (turmeric, dill, parsley) and forest fruit sauce.

• Baby leaf salad with grilled apricots, Naxos anthotyro cheese, caramelized pine nuts & pomegranate dressing.

• Vegetarian moussaka with soy mince and light béchamel
• Layers of roasted eggplant and potatoes, rich tomato-based soy sauce, velvety béchamel.
🍮 Dessert
• Traditional rice pudding with cinnamon & orange zest
• Creamy, aromatic, gently flavored with vanilla and orange zest, served chilled.

• Aegean Sea catch of the day on BBQ
• Served with skordalia (potato purée with garlic) and beetroot skordalia.

• Baked apple in red wine (Amethystos Cabernet)
• Served with espuma yogurt, cinnamon & wine sauce

• Naxian lamb slow cooked in red wine with vegetables and fresh herbs
• Served with stuffed potato (bacon, gruyere cheese, cream).

• Halva (semolina pudding) with pine seeds, raisins, cinnamon, clove and orange sauce
