I started because cooking has always been my way of bringing people together.

Food, for me, is not about impressing. It’s about care, rhythm, and presence. About choosing ingredients with intention, cooking with respect for the season, and creating a table where people feel relaxed enough to be themselves.

Over the years, this became private dining — in villas, on yachts, around long tables with friends, families, and people meeting for the first time. To keep the experience focused and consistent, I work with a carefully designed seasonal menu, allowing small adjustments based on preferences and dietary needs.

I work closely with local producers and cook in a way that feels natural and honest. The menu is fixed, but the experience is never rigid — everything is prepared fresh, served with attention, and shaped by the moment.
